GeoJSON has both polygon and path features for some basic shapes

Expected Behavior

The SEC renderer returns both path and polygon for some types. GeoJSON export should pick polygon only for these types.

Actual Behavior

Each EMP feature is exported as only one GeoJSON feature

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Export any square, rectangle, ellipse or circle EMP feature to GeoJSON.
