Parsing problem: missing links

I have a CSS file containing several links that are not parsed/downloaded.
I attached the CSS and the debug log.
Problem: we have url(../images/prev.png) in the CSS file, but it's not parsed/downloaded. Same problem for many other ones as well.
Here are my options (I tried several ones): -%x0 --cookies=0 --cache=0 -I0 -N1001 -p7 -%q0 --disable-passwords -Z --near -B
Any idea how I could debug this?

It goes further but still doesn't download all resources.

As you mention in xroche#169 there are some css parsing issues. I do have a new regex method for trying to extract out some of the CSS Links I hope to get in after the cli updates I am working on are done.

Additional info: the problem seems present (at least) with links beginning with the pattern "../", with our without quotes
