Modified some of the wrapper functions to take sentinel-terminated pointers rather than slices.

Modified some of the wrapper functions to take sentinel-terminated pointers rather than slices. Allows me to remove some unnecessary
sliceTocalls in certain cases in my code as the underlying API being wrapped only requires the pointer.
