Unable to run docker

Hi Chris
I tried to docker following your documentation: after docker has been created the php-1 and web-1 containes does not start.
The log has the following error:

`exec /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint: no such file or directory`

Could you please help me addressing the problem ?
