Description
Add a feature that automatically provisions all mac addresses found in pjsip.conf using the csv files listed.
It should first look for {mac}-directory.csv, which will be phone specific, and then append any other csv files that are listed in the command line to that list.
This way, it will loop through all the available phones, provision all their directories with custom csvs for the directory and buddy watch values before adding in the other csvs as the generic directory.
