Cached files don't respect environment changes #3
Description
It looks like cached files don't respect environment changes.
Ideas:
- storing hashed post-envsubst files and the related response?
- sqllite?
- env change detection? we could keep the current system of caching but with some sort of invalidation mechanism
- ONLY cache
Needs to be something that works with the file reference chain...
