Hah the only PR json that this PR accounts for is this action's own last one. This is probably an outlier because I just workflow_dispatched the action on Friday. But it does suggest we could change the schedule to monthly and add a "workflow dispatch the credit action" to our release instructions. I'll probably do this as part of releasing.
