Should fix https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/mne-tools/mne-python/25152/workflows/dd751437-5265-47da-bdf7-298385ea651e/jobs/68390. Just a trivial arg->kwarg conversion (plus adding #12799 to ignore-revs) so self-marking for merge-when-green.
