do we really really need this? for sensor space also don't have a full correspondence betwwen indices and sensors. I'm -0.75 on this. |

I could live with one consistent version of naming and enumerating components. But I don't like having an option here. |

Pedantic, but allows
ica.get_sources(obj, one_based=False)so the resulting channel names start withICA 000for consistency with results ofica.plot_components(). The default behavior does not change.
