@drammock I got rid of this since it's not really relevant anymore. Feel free to open another PR if you think there are bits worth keeping

@larsoner what was the problem that was fixed here? The link to CircleCI in the PR description is 404 now.

Ahh, ok. Sorry, I had only looked at this changed bit of docs, and was confused by the PR title. Now I see the other changes, it all makes sense.

Should fix https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/mne-tools/mne-python/11169. @marsipu ignore errors on Azure and CircleCI until this is merged and you can rebase or merge with
upstream/main
