Add eyelink asc testing data

here is a small eyetracking file to test the eyelink asc reader in mne-tools/mne-python#10855

I cut a release and opened mne-tools/mne-python#10865 to hopefully bump the version. If it doesn't work, I'll have to upload it to osf.io and increment manually. We'll see!
