containerd-shim-runhcs-v1does not know how to parse the default containerdruntimeoptions.v1.Optionsstructure, and fails at start-up.Ref: microsoft/hcsshim#1941
The same logic is used in containerd/cri, and I'm not aware of any other better source for that constant string at the moment than just locally defining it. I suggested in microsoft/hcsshim#1941 that it be exported from the same package as the
containerd.runhcs.v1.Optionsstructure.
