[Feature-request] Allow cap_add and cap_drop when deploying stacks from yaml files

With docker-compose I can for example do:

cap_add:
  - NET_ADMIN

But in swarm I get: Ignoring unsupported options: cap_add.

Can you please add it?

Thanks for opening; this looks to be a duplicate of moby/moby#25885. Work is in progress to implement this (possibly with a slightly different syntax); see #2795

I'll close this ticket in favour of moby/moby#25885 to prevent the conversation from diverging 👍
