Move the agent skills section to the top of the README so readers immediately see how to install and start building.

Changes:

  • "Build with Agent Skills" is now the first section after the hero
  • Claude Code install commands are front and center
  • Brief pointer to the agent skills guide for other agents
  • Specification section moved below Examples
  • Table of contents updated to reflect the new order

Move the agent skills section to the top of the README so readers
immediately see how to install and start building. Keep Claude Code
install commands front and center with a brief pointer to the agent
skills guide for other agents. Specification section moves below
Examples.

We've heard from some customers they didn't necessarily want to rewrite their apps (in this case, conversion creates a fork, twice the work to maintain as the web app / iframe embed still lurks around, unlike in the OAI SDK Apps migration case where ChatGPT supports the result of the conversion).

Maybe rephrase along the lines of #34 which shows how to turn a web app into a hybrid web + MCP App?
