server notifications handling ?

Would server notifications request method: "notifications/message" sent from server be able to implement ?

a `notificationCallback` option could be passed to the hook, and in usemcp just add

```tsx
clientRef.current!.setNotificationHandler(
  LoggingMessageNotificationSchema,
  notificationCallback
);
```
