  • CF/UGRID compliance: Structured dataset writes projection variable with crs_wkt, wkt, grid_mapping_name, GeoTransform, spatial_ref; grid_mapping set on x/y coords. Layered-mesh data vars set mesh = "mesh" and location = "face".
