add endpoint for download status reporting #127
Description
After you start modprox-proxy, it can take a while to warm up. It might be nice to have an endpoint that gives you enough information to tell whether it's stuck or still making progress.
Seth suggested a list of which modules failed to download, which succeeded, and which have not been attempted yet.
