changeWebUserPassword doesn't use md5 for a new password

Versions affected: 1.0.14. I haven't try this on other versions.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a new we user.
2. Create a page and use [!WebChangePwd!] on it
3. Login as the user.
4. Navigate to the page from step Update Quick Manager to latest release #2 and change a password.
5. Logout.
6. Try to login again.

This is fixed one of two ways:
A.) webchangepwd.inc.php - line 88
change this:
$rt = $modx->changeWebUserPassword($oldpassword,$newpassword);
to this:
$rt = $modx->changeWebUserPassword($oldpassword,md5($newpassword));

B.) document.parser.class.inc.php - line 3101
change this:
'password' => $this->db->escape($newPwd),
to this:
'password' => $this->db->escape(md5($newPwd)),

fixed in first way
