This PR resolves over 1,000 linting errors across the documentation. It includes:\n- Automated fixes for trailing spaces and consecutive blank lines.\n- Manual fixes for heading level increments to ensure valid hierarchy.\n- Added missing alt text for diagrams to improve accessibility.\n- Standardized list indentation and styles.
