Privacy setting already allowed for PureMac, but it can't delete apps

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Launch PureMac
Go to Applications
Try to delete
Update Privacy Settings
Relaunch
Try to delete an Application
Same ask for update Privacy settings

Expected behavior
Delete App

• Install method: (Homebrew / DMG / App Store / Source) : Homebrex

I also unable to delete app and the system asked me to update the privacy setting for full disk access. However, I unable to find Puremac in the full disk access setting page.

You add add it by pressing the + button and go to applications and add it. But even then bug still persists, that cannot delete apps.
