Migrate all references from zbigniewsobiecki to mongrel-intelligence (CODEOWNERS, CI workflows, Docker images, clone URLs, issue links). Normalize "CASCADE" → "Cascade" and "JIRA" → "Jira" across README, CONTRIBUTING, SECURITY, and getting-started docs. Rewrite README intro for scannability with updated lifecycle pipeline diagram.
