Transfer to Python3

There's some weird problem with NetfilterQueue library with Python3:

ImportError: /root/.local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/netfilterqueue.cpython-38-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: PyString_FromStringAndSize

It may arise, and it may not.

Something's very wrong with that library.. I'm trying to build it on 3.9, but if it still be erroring, than I'll try switch to: https://github.com/sruon/nfqueue-bindings-py3 That one seems to have similar methods.

Yeap, it works. Now some tests need to be done and the transfer will be ready.

I'm not sure it helps but for newer python3 versions you may try

pip3 install -U git+https://github.com/kti/python-netfilterqueue

instead of

pip3 install -U NetfilterQueue

Sorry all, I can't organize my time to work on this properly. Some work's been done, and I pushed it to new branch. Pls try it and make your suggestions, merges and stuff.

By now there's an urge to setup some test environment. To run it on physical machines and manually check if network doesn't broken - that sucks.
Also there should be proper usage of Scapy to extract exact headers that should have been modified.
