Adding in the tsql parser.

Added the rest of the sql files to sort through and determine if we will make parse.

Remove the possible-todos

Remove antlr2participle for now.

Tidy up.

Support multiple row expressions in INSERT INTO as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/queries/table-value-constructor-transact-sql?view=sql-server-ver16

Ensure columns can always have schemas defined.

Progress.

Little cleanup.

Fix an issue with a no-op rowsetAlias that could match and fail to advance the lexer.

Ensure lexer tokens and partial parse structure still print out in case of panic (such as branch chosen without lexer advancement).

Return the simple_select.sql file

Ensure you can select straight from a variable without qualification.
