Seeing error when adding badges to backpack.

Per report in Zendesk:

"I received an S and T badge but when I try to send my badges to the backpack it says "Sorry! An error occurred when trying to add the Youth Science Media badge to your backpack." The only one that made it in was the T badge out of 3 science badges, 1 technology badge, and and S badge. Not sure where to go from here."
