The `Details` button is hard to notice if you don't know about it

I'm filing this on the behalf of a user who has been using the Glean Debug View for the first time: it's hard to find the details page if you don't know about it, the "Details" link gets lost in the amount of information on the page. A sample design idea is shown below:

We can do remove the raw json link as you can get that from the details page.
Make the "Details" button a primary button
Float the copy button in the payload column.
