Log embedly requests to rsyslog for forwarding to onyx #115
Description
We need to log every request to embedly to rsyslog for ingestion into onyx so that we have a master record of all requests to embedly for accountability purposes. This must strictly scrub all private user data ie URLs which are passed to embedly.
