Package apps not refreshing

Something strange is happening with packaged apps. I'm not able to reload them properly using cmd+r or the refresh button. Regression.

STR:

1. install a packaged app
2. open packaged app in sim
3. modify + save assets
4. cmd+r or Refresh button

expected: updated assets
actual: old assets

This is while the simulator is running. Otherwise, I have to shut down the simulator, and click refresh on the dashboard for it to update correctly.

This happens to me on occasion, too. Restarting Firefox seems to solve the issue, only temporarily though. I was not able to spot what exactly causes the issue to arise.

@geomaster thanks. Not only restarting firefox, but reopening simulator dashboard just worked for me.
