Proposed: For easy regex identification by analysts, dashboard makers, and other consumers, require all study addons to have addon id's ending with @shield.mozilla.org.

Before implementation, attempt to gather feedback about the impact.

• pref names being messed up when a study moves from TP => shield.

The official docs on how to ship a native shield study (mentioned and linked in mozilla/shield-studies-addon-utils#93 (comment)) states "Note: All Shield Study add-on ids must end in @shield.mozilla.org - Pioneer studies must end in @pioneer.mozilla.org"
