We want to ship Side View in AMO. What do we want to do for that?

• Remove GA
• Remove WebExperiment
• Use Shield onboarding
• Create AMO text and screenshots
• Publish it under our accounts and the Mozilla account
• Update README.md
• Remove feedback

Do we need to do something to submit a @mozilla.org add-on?
