Fixes to usage of randoms in correlation functions #85

Just tried to run something that had a random catalog and got yelled at by Stile, so I think that needs fixing!
It's a pretty easy fix--the problem is that TreeCorr Catalog objects don't have a len(), so checks for existence weren't working properly.
