Originally I had intended to change
ScatterPlotandWhiskerPlots to allow much more flexibility, but in looking again I think they're mostly fine as is--I just added the "keylength" kwarg because that one might be useful to different telescopes with different PSF ellipticities, and also because it's the only thing you can't change after you get thematplotlibobject back from theSysTest.
