In future data, we may have too many objects for it to be sensible to plot every object on a whiskerplot. This PR implements a
BinnedWhiskerPlotSysTestthat instead bins the objects (either by percentile along the axis or by evenly-spaced bins along the axis), and adds new built-in types of WhiskerPlot:BinnedStar,BinnedPSF, andBinnedResidual.
