Add webpage(s) for better public communication

Create a homepage for SourceMetrix and explain people coming along about the idea of SourceMetrix, listing the benefits, prerequisites, but also open issues.

May use github-pages. Cf. https://metrixplusplus.github.io/home.html as a good example.
