Make Sabotage, Mark, etc linkable in the chat

I think it would be neat and probably somewhat doable to make Sabotage, Mark, and some of the other rules insert cards be linkable cards in the chat log.
I'm not sure what the most intuitive way of doing that is, but I'm sure I'll think of something soon.
