Compilation of MUE-2.0.2 fails due to unlinked calendar Boost libs, as described by @FornaxA in PIVX issue 601.
This PR applies @FornaxA's changes to the master branch, after which compilation succeeds.
All credit goes to @FornaxA, I merely copy/pasted his solution.
