We should have a generic top-level tool-bar (for both matrix / NL) that contains the following items.

- Clear Selection
- Undo
- Redo
Right-Aligned:
- A hamburger menu with itmes
- Show History (instead of provenance vis)
- Export Network
- Export Network as 1-Hop (though I'm not sure what this is
