Enable tool use #60
Description
Adding tool use for a limited number of iterations with the AI will allow it to request files that it wants the full context to as well as enabling a much more thorough understanding of both the issue/MR and the codebase. We should enable the LLM to request more understanding.
My vision for this would be to offer 1-2 turns for the LLM to send a tool call for specific files or lines, then the LLM would deliver the response to the question.
