INT-1315

  • Removes unused options from the MyParcelConfig
  • Adds setting for whether switching list / map view is allowed
  • Fixes error where a ‘null’ value could be returned for an options
  • Adds openstreetmap to the CSP whitelist, for pickup points in the delivery options
