- Upgrade solution for Visual Studio 2015
- Added dsound.h
- Fix all compiler errors except GetVersionExA deprecated
- Minor reorg to prepare for removal of 'afx.h'
- Moved all non 'afx' items out of 'stdafx.h'
- Removed 'Export.h'
- Removed dependencies on MFC and afx libraries
- Removed stdafx.cpp and stdafx.h
- Make sure Debug, Release and Release Log can all compile with VS 2015
- Added STDMETHODCALLTYPE to ensure the functions are called correctly
- Added dsound.h - Upgrade solution for Visual Studio 2015
Fix all compiler errors except MBCS and GetVersionExA deprecated

- Removed dependancies on MFC and afx libraries - Removed stdafx.cpp and stdafx.h
- Make sure Debug, Release and Release Log can all compile with VS 2015
- Add TargetName for 'dsound' - Remove custom build events
Added STDMETHODCALLTYPE to ensure the functions are called correctly
