CLI documentation is being moved to cli.nais.io. Remove outdated reference pages (aiven, debug, device, kubeconfig, postgres, validate) and troubleshooting guide. Simplify the CLI landing page to only cover that the CLI exists and how to install it. Update cross-references and add redirects for removed pages.
