Update CI_LAB to use osal_id_t typedef

CI_LAB is using `uint32` type to hold its OSAL socket ID.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Should use the `osal_id_t` typedef instead.

**Additional context**
Part of ongoing effort to update all framework code to use the typedef for OSAL IDs.
