Add --preserve-line-numbers CLI option?

glad to see someone working on an active fork! Since the main repo is apparently unmaintained atm, I'm posting this here (let me know if I'm wrong).

The JS API already offers a preserveLineNumbers options. It would be helpful if this was available on the CLI as well.

Now, it's more than just a fork :) We use it in all my company projects (without Require.js or its alternatives).

Can you provide a pull request, otherwise I'll add this option?
