Help is not installed via Help/ Install New... #16
Description
When I installed ocaIDE from url http://www.algo-prog.info/ocaide/ via regular Eclipse installation help was missing. I had to copy help plugin manually from repository.
Eclipse Version: Kepler Service Release 2
