Added link to the Hebrew translation in intro.html

@s-avni and I translated this wonderful project into Hebrew and would love to be included in the list of official translations. :)

I've made another pull request for the index.html change (pushing to the gh-pages branch is a bother since I'm using it as well to host the translated fork). Hope this isn't too annoying :/
