Configuration changes (wrt SECOORA 2016)

What configuration changes (wrt SECOORA 2016) should we make? Ideas include the following:
a) What should the max depth be?
b) I think we should change the distance to waypoint (make it larger) and do not abend if you're too far from a waypoint. Instead, could Genios throw an alert?
c) Catherine has ideas about how to minimize SBD/TBD and use MBD/NBD.

We made some changes to modena's autoexec.mi to support lithium batteries.

We need to update ramses autoexec.mi for new calibration coefficients (for ECO Puck).
