Repair Wind Dir on ASIMET s/n UNC235

After installing all the ASIMET modules on the roof of Murray_ and some run time_ determined that one of the ASIMET wind modules is not returning Wind direction

• confirm that only wind vain and maybe tilt y and x_ and heading).
• get RMA from WHOI
• return to WHOI for repair
