Add pymapget read bindings and full GeoJSON geometry support

Enhance Python bindings and GeoJSON source for map data analysis workflows.

• pymapget: add read/iteration bindings (__len__, __getitem__, __iter__) for TileFeatureLayer, Object, Array, Geometry, GeometryCollection, AttributeLayer, AttributeLayerList; add Feature.id(), FeatureId type, ModelNode.to_json(); fix Feature.to_json() to return string (closes pymapget: add read/iteration bindings for feature model #147)
• geojsonsource: extend geometry parsing from Point/LineString to all GeoJSON types: MultiPoint, MultiLineString, Polygon, MultiPolygon, GeometryCollection (closes geojsonsource: support all GeoJSON geometry types #148)
