`nerd login` does not work on Arch Linux

Expected Behavior

Complete the login command.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Follow the Getting Started Guide to download and install nerd
2. run nerd login

Aaaand I realised it was all because nerd login spawns a browser window and I was running it on a remote machine.

So the actual problem is the lack of information (on the command line) about what's happening.

It's still a good issue, because it is supposed to work on headless machines.

As a first step we should provide feedback on what happening (e.g opening browser window, waiting for redirect), as a second step we want to provide solid option for when no browser (or GUI) is installed? Finaly I would like to start a discussion to actual login from the CLI.
