Description
Introduce a new sensor measurement - NTP timestamp to improve time accuracy. The timestamp is in UTC milliseconds since Epoch. The value should be stored as a standard sensor measurement:
- device timestamp
- sensor: "NTP"
- value: NTP timestamp
