VayDNS Support

Since VayDNS has been added to DNSTM, it would be nice to complete the stack on DNSTC to support it.
Is there any plan or ETA?

Also considering that there is no stable internet connection to build from source, please make github action to release pre-built releases for DNSTC to be shareable via offline sources.
